Let us take care of your home while you are not here. As we all know, things can happen to a home when no one lives in it. A home that is uninhabited for a shorter or longer period of time can be affected by burglary, water leakage, mold and insect infestation, power outages, mold damage and more. And it can be very expensive to repair the damage – even if you have comprehensive insurance. Use our preventive maintenance service Protect & Preserve. When you get a Sunstars subscription for Protect & Preserve, we will ensure that your home is properly taken care of when you are not there yourself. Once a month (or more often if you want) we visit your home and go through EVERYTHING to look for deviations. After the visit, you will always receive a report from us. If it turns out that something needs to be fixed, we will take care of it, of course in consultation with you.
Our professional maintenance team check and look for:
- Water damage
- Infestation by insects, ants, cockroaches and other pests
- Exterior doors, windows, gates and garage
- Lamps and other light sources
- Alarm system
- Terrace, garage, pool area and garden
- Signs of burglary
- Gas- and water systems
- Air conditioning- & heating systems and other electrical equipment
- Toilets and faucets,
- Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer
- Indoor temperature
- Need for maintenance, repairs and possible renovation
